Is the Free tier really free forever?
Yes. One store, one seat, basic persona, you bring your own Gemini or Claude key. No card, no time limit. We charge only when you grow into multi-store / multi-seat / advanced features.
Why charge by stores instead of conversations?
Each store costs us hosting, support, and engineering effort that scales with stores — not chats. Charging per conversation only makes sense if we're absorbing LLM cost. With BYOM, you pay your provider directly; we don't take a cut.
What does 'bring your own LLM' mean?
When you onboard a store you paste your Google AI Studio or Anthropic API key. reply.green passes prompts through to your provider using your key. The token cost shows up on YOUR Google / Anthropic bill, at the provider's actual rate.
What if I exceed my plan's store count?
We'll prompt you to upgrade. Existing stores keep working — we don't suspend agents for billing reasons. New stores beyond your limit are blocked from creation until you upgrade.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades are immediate, prorated. Downgrades take effect the next billing cycle so you don't lose feature access mid-month.
Do you charge GST on top of these prices?
Yes — Indian merchants are billed 18% GST on top of the listed price. Invoices are GST-compliant and downloadable from the dashboard.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your stores, conversation history, and analytics stay accessible for 30 days at read-only. After that the merchant rows are deleted. Account and conversation data follow our Privacy Policy.
What's on the roadmap?
Multi-language (Hindi v1.1), voice + image input, broadcasts, abandoned cart recovery, helpdesk export, public API. The Pro/Scale tier features marked here are roadmap items shipping over the next quarter.
